Ideal candidate should have more than five years of experience in a major consulting company. Applicants shall demonstrate hands-on experience in Corporate Finance, Capital Raising, Initial Public Offerings, Private Placements, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Planning, Due Diligence and Valuations. |
We are seeking dynamic individuals who are skilled at interacting effectively with major clients and possess high levels of initiative, strategic thinking and enthusiasm. They need to be comfortable working both independently as well as within a team environment.
